7 Days Easy Return

Pasha Officials provides a hassle-free 7-Days Return & Exchange policy to our valued customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or face any issues, you can claim a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The watch must be in its Original, Unused Condition.
• All original tags, stickers, packaging, and the box must be intact and included.
• The watch must not show any signs of wear, tear, or scratches.

6 Months Warranty

We offer a 6 Months Analog Machine Warranty on all our analog watches. If you encounter any technical faults with the machine within this period, we will repair or exchange it for free. Please note that physical or water damage is not covered under this warranty.

How to Request a Return?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp at +92 317 5295229. Kindly provide your Order ID along with clear photos or a video of the product.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. The refunded amount will be transferred directly to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Account.
