Shipping Policy

1. General Information

At Pasha Officials, we strive to deliver your luxury timepieces as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to all major cities and regions across Pakistan. We use premium and trusted courier services to ensure your watch reaches you in perfect condition.

3. Delivery Time & Processing

  • Order Processing: All orders are verified and processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your parcel will arrive within 3 to 4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
  • Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen payment method at the checkout:

  • Advance Payment Offer: Enjoy FREE Home Delivery when you pay a 20% advance or the full amount upfront via Easypaisa or Bank Transfer.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A standard shipping fee (e.g., Rs. 290 for a single item) will be added to your total bill at the checkout for COD orders. Discounts on delivery charges are automatically applied if you order multiple watches.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order ID on your screen and via email. You can use this Order ID to track your shipment by contacting our customer support team directly.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, Pasha Officials will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund for you after verifying with the courier.
